Move current flat

I'll move my current flat in the begining of July.
If I move to new flat, it will take only 15 min to the office.

The new flat is located exactly facing on the business area
so It gives me good access to business but not ralxing feeling,
I guess. But it will be OK. I'll manage somehow.

Now I still work using English but the trainng plan to work in US
will be postponed until the business in my company goes well.
This is a thing. Tha's why I don't like to leave my life to the
company which changes the plan offten. Yes, shoudn't complain about it.
but this is sure I'm about to lose what I really want to do now, also
in the future. picture book author.....still I'm thinking of it.
but now is not the time to be serious on it. I need more experience.
